No, we are a self-pay practice. Insurance can typically be used for lab work.

2. How do I reschedule my appointment?

Click on your profile and select “My Bookings”

To reschedule, click on “Manage”

​Then, select Reschedule.

The calendar will display allowing you to select a date and time to move your appointment. Make that selecting and click Reschedule.
3. How do I book an appointment with Lisa?

Click Book Now.

Review each appointment type and make the appropriate selection.

After clicking “Book Now”

On the Screen that pops up, you have the ability to add another appointment type to the booking.

Click “Schedule Appointment”

On the calendar, make a selection of the date and time for your appointment.

After you have made your selection, click “Next”.

On the next screen, enter your information and click “Book Now”.

On the next screen, ensure the customer details are correct.

Then, click “Save & Continue”.

Next, enter your payment information.​​

4. How do I upload documents to the portal and send to Lisa?
Visit www.encompasswomenshealth.com
Click on Patient Portal.

On the next screen, use your credentials to log in.

If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
After you have successfully logged in, click on Messages.
Select “Start New Message”.
Select an appropriate topic.
On the next screen, select Lisa as your provider from the drop down. Enter a subject for the message and type your message.
Near the bottom, click the Attach button and find the file you want to send.
After you have selected the file, click “Send Message”.

5. I’m a new patient. What type of appointment do I need to book?
New patients should book an initial consultation, either virtual or in-person.
6. I’m an existing patient. What type of appointment do I need to book annually?
As an existing appointment, you should schedule a “Yearly Return” appointment annually. That appointment will involve Bloodwork and a review of your therapy.
7. What is the best way to reach Lisa?
Send a message through the portal.
Phone calls and text messages are challenging because I’m usually with patients during the day.
